Human-Centered Leadership™
In partnership with Stanford School of Medicine’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education and Sesil Pir Consulting, A Human Workplace is one of the exclusive providers of this ground-breaking Human-Centered Leadership (HCL) program based on cutting-edge leadership research.

Loving Leadership Coaching
Weekly or bi-weekly one-hour breakthrough coaching sessions focus on your challenges and opportunities as a leader so that you make progress on what’s most important to you.
In the first two sessions, your coach will work with you to identify a clear focus for your Loving Leader journey.
Then step by step, you will practice a more loving, human way of leading that addresses your specific needs and opportunities. This means paying attention to your well-being as a human too.
The final session culminates by honoring your progress and laying the foundation for your next steps as a Loving Leader.
Loving Leadership Circle
Amplify your learning by joining the Loving Leaders Learning Circle and a community of like-minded leaders and change-makers who are in pursuit of making work more human too.
Benefit from monthly 90-minute sessions featuring our relationship-based learning that includes “bite of the apple” teaching, helpful reflections, meaningful connection, supportive conversations, heart-strengthening practices, and ready-to-apply-today insights.
Join the Circle at any time as we move continually through the principles of A Human Workplace. During the 9-month Learning Circle series, you will document your personal tenets of Loving Leadership to guide you for the rest of your career.
Loving Leadership Certification

Choose your organizational priority based on a Human Workplace Framework assessment and workshop.
Apply your Loving Leader insights and skills from your Coaching and Learning Circle to your priority project to align your organization's design and practices with organizational values.
Culminate this journey by presenting your project to Learning Circle Peers and invited guests. Share your learning and celebrate your Human Workplace Certification. Use the Human Workplace Framework and process to guide your next leadership priorities to continue making your work, team, community, and world more human.
